Balta tamsa - new album released
On the evening of September 3, the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, part of Vilnius’s Missionary Monastery Ensemble and only rarely open to visitors, was opened to the public. For the first time, the music album of the interdisciplinary art project White Darkness was presented live here. The album was created by composer Dominykas Digimas and performed by violinist Lora Kmieliauskaitė.

Bang on a Can Summer Festival & Loud Weekend
This July, I had the opportunity to spend three weeks participating in the Bang on a Can Summer Festival, held at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts. More than thirty young musicians - performers and composers from around the world - came together for the festival. The culmination of the three weeks was Loud Weekend, during which we had the chance to hear thirty concerts over the course of three days.

Synaesthesis tour in Japan
As the M. K. Čiurlionis exhibition in Tokyo drew to a close, we had the honour of becoming part of this major event. The Synaesthesis ensemble performed my Čiurlionis. Slowed and Reverb. With this piece, we gave two performances in Tokyo and Kyoto. With our performances, the ensemble brought a fitting conclusion to a whole series of events dedicated to Čiurlionis.
